Your bet is settled according to the official result of the sporting event and the specific market rules you placed your bet on (e.g. 1X2, Total goals Over/Under, Correct Score). Settlement only happens once the outcome is confirmed and announced.
Example: A “1X2” bet is settled based on the official full-time score.
If you’re unsure about how a particular market is decided, you can always check the Sports Betting Rules [linked].
You can track your bet status by going to Account > My Bets and checking under Settled (for completed bets) or Open (for pending bets).
If your bet is still open, you can click on the event link inside your betslip to view live scores, minutes played, and detailed statistics (corners, bookings, fouls etc.)
The Statistics tab gives you additional insights such as team form, head-to-head results, goals, cards, and more.

When can account be reopened?
Self-exclusion via betPawa page: Your account will automatically reopen once the selected period ends.
Closure via Customer Support: Your account can only be reopened after the agreed period, and you will need to contact support to reactivate it.
Can the account be reopened earlier?
No — for both self-exclusion and support-assisted closures, the account cannot be reopened before the selected period ends.
Good to know
Self-exclusion settings are applied to help you manage your activity and cannot be reversed early.
Accounts closed via support require manual reactivation, even after the period ends.
If your closure period has passed and you still can’t access your account, simply contact support.
First, check your account
All successful deposits should reflect instantly in your betPawa balance and in your Statements.
Go to Account > Statements to confirm if the deposit was credited.
Common reasons deposits don’t show
You might have deposited using a different phone number than the one registered on your betPawa account. In this case, the deposit goes to the account linked to that number.
A slow or unstable internet connection can prevent your balance from updating right away. Try refreshing the page or app, and if needed, clear your browser cache and cookies.
Good to know
Deposits are usually instant. If your balance doesn’t update or payment is not reflecting in Statements, contact our Customer Support team.
