How will I know if my bet meets the Risk-Free Bet qualifying criteria?

In some promotions, your Risk-Free Bet may have to meet certain criteria, for instance needing to be settled by a particular date, or relating to a specific competition. However, you’ll always be able to tell if the bet you’re placing qualifies because you’ll see a green message like this on your betslip, summarising your Risk-Free Bet offer:

Which Terms and Conditions apply to Risk-Free Bets?

Risk-Free Bet Terms and Conditions will always vary slightly, so it’s important to read the ones for your specific offer carefully. However, here’s an outline of what to expect:

1. An overview of which customers qualify for the promotion and the period it’s running for

2. Any requirements before placing your qualifying bet, for example depositing by a particular method

3. The qualifying bet can usually be pre-match or in-play on Sports or Virtuals and typically has to be settled within 28 days of the date it is placed

4. There are usually no minimum stake, leg or odds requirements for the qualifying bet

5. There is usually no requirement to opt in to the promotion: the first Sports or Virtuals bet placed after depositing money will typically be the qualifying bet

6. Only the first bet after receiving the offer usually qualifies for the promotion; if the qualifying bet has been placed, it cannot be recalled or altered in any way

7. If your qualifying bet loses, we will credit your betPawa account with 100% of the stake of the qualifying bet, up to whatever amount is specified

8. The credit tends to be added to your betPawa account around an hour after the bet has been settled

9. If a Cashout offer is accepted on the qualifying bet, it will not be eligible for the promotion, as your bet won’t have been settled as lost

10. We’ll tell you what your reward will be documented as in your betPawa Statement to help you find it there

11. You can usually use the awarded credit on any betPawa products within 14 calendar days of the time it’s added to your account

12. The credit typically expires after 14 days and is removed from your betPawa account if unused

13. If your qualifying bet is voided, for instance due to a match being postponed, your stake will be refunded in full in accordance with the betPawa Rules; in such an event, there will be no reinstatement of the promotion on the account, compensation or credit granted of any sorts

14. These offers are only available once per qualifying customer: any attempts to create additional accounts to exploit these offers may result in a permanent ban

15. You must be at least 18-years-old to bet with betPawa and receive these offers
